Here is a very uniquely colored miniature hybrid by Florian Henaux. This is N. Tilelli, meaning freedom in Amazigh. It has a small orangish red flower that I have yet to see in any other flower. The pads have a very attractive mixed speckling of greens, yellow and purple. Tilleli is free flowering which stays compact and is perfect for smaller ponds and water gardens. USDA zones 5-10. Give 5 or more hours of full sun each day. Morning light to 2 pm is ideal. Plant in shallow areas 6-12" depth from soil to surface.
