Nymphaea ‘Red Chumphon’
A brand-new large, perfectly formed winter-hardy hybrid from Thailand. As the plant matures, its striking red flowers rise gracefully above the water’s surface. This variety is ideal for full-sun ponds, offering bold blooms, large pads, and a free-flowering nature. While not an especially fast-spreading hybrid, it does require a spacious container to perform at its best.
Growing Notes:
Best in full sun
Use a large rectangular pot (minimum 20" Aquascape fabric pot recommended)
Plant at a depth of 6–24" from soil to water surface (factor in pot height)
Mature growth spread: up to 6 feet
